Work & Learn Camp

Meet. Test. Create.

WoLe Camps are limited-place, fully immersive experiences in inspiring locations. A place to sharpen your craft, meet your future collaborators, and live a real production from the inside.

The Challenge

A hands-on brief. A real team. A finished film.

Every camp is built around a practical challenge: imagine, decide, and deliver — under real production pressure and with real creative freedom.

You'll walk through every stage of a project alongside the professionals who make it happen, and often discover skills and passions you didn't know you had.

Why WoLe Camp

Three things you take home — beyond the shoot.

Practice

Put your knowledge into practice and give free rein to your creativity.

Opportunities

Share your ideas with a team and experts with whom you can create future collaborative projects.

Experience

An opportunity to learn through the experience you will live and the support of our team.

Voices from the camps

What the Dreamers have to say.

A year ago, by chance, I came across the Cinema on the Road team. I didn't have a clear idea of the project, but I had a clear idea of what I wanted to become. I joined a little out of curiosity and a little for fun — and during the camp the team saw my talent and took a chance on me. What can I say: it has already been a fantastic year together. Thank you.

I was born a photographer. As a film buff, I had been looking for a chance to get involved as director and DOP for a while. Here I found it — in a fantastic team I hope to grow with for a long time. One word describes Cinema On The Road: authenticity.

After a path directed towards storytelling, I discovered a fascination for images. Colour and light applied to different projects gave me the opportunity to grow, work after work. Meeting Davide really helped me — thanks to him, I got in touch with the YDH crew and Cinema On The Road. What can I say… in my latest project I'm DOP!

The guys from YourDreamHub invited me to coordinate this WoLe Camp and we enthusiastically told a fascinating story. The win was almost a fluke — I had already won by convincing Camilla to put up with me, Federico to go along with my intrusions and Anirudh who went from a nice teammate to a fundamental supporter and colourist in less than 24 hours. 💪🏻

To describe a YourDreamHub WoLe Camp in a few lines would be reductive, but the main concept I want to bring across is the importance of being part of a close-knit team working together to reach a goal. In just a few days we made a mini-documentary about the places and people that will be involved in the 2026 Olympics — an overwhelming experience.

I love these kinds of experiences: they open my heart to the fullest and I always have the time of my life. Meeting new people, talking to professionals in your field, challenging my creativity by putting myself on the line — it all leads to one thing: getting out of my comfort zone and, sometimes, facing uncomfortable situations that still lead to great personal and professional growth.
